We’re so sure you will love your TSouls but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy. If the fit is not perfect, arrived damaged, or for any reason you are not thrilled with your new shoes, we will take them back with a few questions asked because we love your feedback.
Given the nature of working with pure cork, sometimes anomalies may be overseen by our strict quality control. In such a case, we take full responsibility if your shoes should arrive with any irregularities. Please be aware that pure materials such as cork are not manufactured the way plastic shoes are and minimal natural irregularities may occur. We love this part because each shoe is distinct in its own way.
If you decide you are unhappy with your shoes, within 10 days of receipt, simply send the shoes back to us and we will replace them or refund the full amount. Shoes must be unworn/unused, with the box and packaging intact.
